– All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
– You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
– During high demand periods (such as holidays or promotions), order processing may take longer than usual. We will notify you of any significant delays.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
– We currently offer free shipping on all order above Rs.199/- For order below that Shipping Charge of Rs.30/- is applicable
3. Shipping Locations
– We currently ship to PAN India
– At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Order Tracking
– Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email or by visiting the courier’s website.
– Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Delivery Issues
– If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at thempmart@gmail.com and we will assist you in locating your order.
– If a package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or other members of your household. If it cannot be located, contact us for further assistance.
– MPMart is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier or due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or weather conditions.
6. Shipping Address Changes
– If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at thempmart@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the address.
7. Undeliverable Packages
– If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to receive the package, or any other reason, we will contact you to arrange for reshipping. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
– If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please email us at within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged items (if applicable), and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
